Berkley Braid Knot for the special qualities of today's braided lines

Berkley Braid Knot
The Berkley Braid Knot has been extensively tested by the Berkley Research and Development staff. It is designed to deal with the special qualities of today's braided lines that can slip when tied with conventional knots.

Tying the Berkley Braid Knot

1. Run a double loop of line through the eye of the hook or lure.
2. Loop the end around the standing part of line eight times. Thread the double loop back between the eye and coils.
3. Tighten the knot with a steady pull. Trim the tag end to about 1/4 inch.
